PC Public Meeting (16 June 2026) – NNC Local Plan Consultation
Public Meeting – North Northamptonshire Local Plan Consultation
Kings Cliffe Parish Council will be holding a public meeting on Tuesday 16 June at 7:00pm in the Village Hall to discuss the North Northamptonshire Council (NNC) Local Plan Consultation, a matter of significant importance to Kings Cliffe and the future of our parish.
The meeting will provide an opportunity to discuss several key aspects of the consultation, including:
● The potential designation of Kings Cliffe as a ‘Key Village’
● The assessment of sites submitted through the ‘Call for Sites’ process
● Proposed Settlement Boundaries
● The impact of future development on local infrastructure, services and amenities
The Parish Council, together with residents, businesses and community groups, has until 1 July to submit responses to NNC.
It is therefore vital that we gather and consider as many local views as possible before preparing our response.
This consultation could have a significant impact on the future shape, character and sustainability of our community. We encourage all residents to attend, share their views and help ensure that Kings Cliffe’s voice is heard.
All are welcome!
