Kings Cliffe Parish Council held a public meeting on Tuesday 16 June at 7:00pm in the Village Hall to discuss the North Northamptonshire Council (NNC) Local Plan Consultation, a matter of significant importance to Kings Cliffe and the future of our parish.

The meeting provided an opportunity to discuss several key aspects of the consultation, including:

● The potential designation of Kings Cliffe as a ‘Key Village’
● The assessment of sites submitted through the ‘Call for Sites’ process
● Proposed Settlement Boundaries
● The impact of future development on local infrastructure, services and amenities.
The Parish Council, together with residents, businesses and community groups, has until 1 July to submit responses to NNC. It is therefore vital that we gather and consider as many local views as possible before preparing our response.This consultation could have a significant impact on the future shape, character and sustainability of our community. If you would like to leave us a comment to help us prepare our Parish Council response, please do so in the box below:
